Its 11:12 and we are still in our PJs...Mommy loves SUMMER!

Sophia Hoola Hoop

Sophia has had this hoola hoop for about 2 weeks now, she practices a couple times everyday. Mommy can't help but laugh every single time she gets it going around those little hips! Sophia takes it very seriously and even though she is pretty good in this video, she has actually had her longest hooping (about 25 secs) that I wasn't able to catch on video.

Cole Turns One

This afternoon, we celebrated Cole's First birthday with a petting zoo, a shetland pony, a bounce house and lots of BBQ. We all had such a great time, Xavier too!

Dance Class for Miss Sophia

Sophia is trying a new class today at The Little Gym, Dance CLASS!! She has been looking forward to this all week! At the dance class, they focus on ballet and tap. We are just trying it today to see how she likes it. The class age ranges from 3-6 years and currently there are no 3 year old enrolled, so we will see how she does. If anything, she already feels like a professional tap dancer, walking all around the house in her clickity, shiney, shoes.

Hamptons Weekend

X had his first jump in the pool and S and Ryan with this seashells in a bucket. Also posted are some pictures of David's 30th Surprise party on the beach. Sophia and Ryan had so much fun playing in the sand and hunting for seashells. In one of the pictures you can see them trying to bury themselves. They had a great dinner and were so happy to be out way past their bed time! X slept through most of the party, of course...the ocean waves were a perfect white noise for him.

Xavier's First Swim

Coach Sophia is giving Xavier a little neck workout, showing him how to stay on longer by playing with the leaf. Xavier said, "That was only 10 minutes, abugh?!"

Playdate with Zoe

It was so nice to have Zoe over this morning. Nate and Jane went to gym, and we had a lot of fun with Zoe. Actually, Mommy got a lot done around the house because Zoe and Sophia were so busy playing "pretend" and Xavier slept through all of it. We will have to do this again!

Sophia Lately

Here are a couple of videos from the past 3 months. Sophia is busy with so many different activities in her life right now. At only 3 years old, she really is quite the entertainer.

A visit from Nicole...

Our dear friend, Nicole, visited with us for 2 days. We had so much fun entertaining her with our errands and mommy things! Sophia really found a good friend in Nicole, who also has a 3 year old in London, Jessica. When it came time for Nicole to leave, Sophia threw a fit wanting to fly back to London with Nicole (without Mommy and Daddy even).

So Many Faces

Xavier has so many cute faces. Here are a couple of them, all taken from my iPhone. The only one mising is one of him crying, which is still does pleanty of believe it or not. His eyes are still a little blue/gray, depending on what he is wearing. Actually, his eyes should have been a little more brown today because he was wearing a brown shirt, but they definitely look more blue/gray. Who knows!?

Sophia's Last Day

Sophia had her last day of school this morning, which was more of a party than school. She made some sugar cookies for her teachers and wore her shirt that she made at school last week. It was bittersweet and a beautiful morning. When I asked Sophia if she was sad that this was her last day of school, she answered with, "I'm a little sad, but I am happy all the time."

Sunday BBQ with Maxwell

We had a wonderful BBQ with the Zarba family this afternoon. Daddy grilled some filets and burgers for the children. Sophia surprised everyone with some yummy spring time sugar cookies. Max really enjoyed biking with Sophia on the back of his tricycle. The two were so fun to watch.
