Ridge Hill

We woke up to a relatively cool morning, no humidity and a bright sky. We packed up and headed out to this new mall by Stew Leonards called RidgeHill. It reminds me of something you would find in Santa Monica, CA, all outdoors and lots of water fountains and bright flowers. We had a great time, such a good idea to spend a couple hours there. (X has a stye in his eye)

Tuesday

These pictures are specifically for Abuelito. After sopita tonight, we took our freezer pops outside to take a couple photos of the kids cracking up at Mommy's singing.

Zoo Double Header

Some pictures are from Tuesday Night's "Members Only" trip and some pictures are from this morning's Thursday trip! Both times were so much fun! LOVE the Bronx Zoo This summer they are doing a Lego exhibit, where the TIGER Lego statue took 33,000 lego blocks! Xavier and Sophia loved to feed those fat goats, I didn't have enough quarters for goat food. They could have fed those goats all day.

Just Chillin

Photo recap: We have been at the Greenburgh Town Pool a lot this summer, we have actually forgot all about our all time favorite summer activity: THE ZOO!? Sophia found some potatoes in her garden for the fist time this summer...and after mommy's run, Sophia was showing me some great stretches she learned at gym.

Weekend in Philly

Friday, we headed out to Philadelphia, just Mommy, Sophia and Xavier (Daddy was at a mountain biking outing for the weekend with guys from work). What a busy weekend, but we had SO much fun!! Tia YahYah has a sprinkler park just two short blocks from her apartment. It was so humid and hot, that it was refreshing to be splashed with water, the children LOVED it and we were so thankful. Saturday morning we headed southeast to the Jersey Shore, first stopping over in Atlantic City to collect seashells and eat at the Rainforest Cafe. The kids were both totally spooked by the huge Gorilla that would come to life every 5 minutes, it sat just above out table. On to Wildwood Crest, on the southern tip of the Jersey shore for a dinner cruise to watch the dolphins. Sophia and Xavier were in heaven on this boat!! Who would have thought?! We were in such good company with Sil and Jason, we even took Sophia and Xavier to the carnival on the Boardwalk after the dinner cruise at 9:30 pm!!! Everyone had such a great time, arriving back at Sil's apartment around midnight.
