Sleepy Hollow

Mommy took Sophia and Xavier on a little adventure down to the village of Sleepy Hollow for a fall festival at the home of William Irving (author of Rip Van Winkle and The Legend of Sleepy Hollow). Its obviously owned by the state now, and they had a wonderful day planned for us! We got to design our own scarecrow, be apart of the shows, and watch some incredible magic tricks. There was live music, a beautiful scenic background and gorgeous weather. We toured William Irving's home and actually saw the feather he used to write his novels. We had such a great morning, it was hard to leave!!
