Preparing for the D.C. Marathon on October 31, Daddy had an 18 mile race this morning in Central Park at 7 a.m! So, Mommy, Tia YahYah and Sophia packed up the stroller with donuts and Sport Beans (for Daddy) to go cheer everyone on. It was a beautiful morning and we had a great time in Central Park. After a little stretching lessons from Coach Sophia, we headed home to enjoy the rest of the morning.

Ohhhh My Goodness....these pics are most inspiring and make me want to sign up for Coach Sophia stretch lessons! What a PRO! Good job daddy...you'll soon be as good as little Sophie, just keep it up!
